Turn Customer Stories into Powerful Video Assets
Videmonial is video testimonial software. You send customers a link by email, text or QR code. They answer a few guided questions in their phone or computer browser, with nothing to install, or write their answer instead. Videmonial assembles the clips into a branded video with title cards, transcribes it, analyzes the sentiment, and gives you embeddable widgets to publish it on your website.
How it works
1. Invite: send a personalized request by email, text, QR code or a shareable link, with an exact preview of the email before anything is sent.
2. Record: the customer answers a few guided questions on video in their browser, or writes their answer instead.
3. Publish: Videmonial merges the clips into a branded video, transcribes it, and lets you publish it with one of 11 embeddable widget layouts.
4. Prove: track requests, completions and review-site clicks in your dashboard.
Built for real estate agents
Connect your MLS through Bridge Interactive and tie each testimonial to the property it is about. Use ready-made question sets for buyers and sellers that end by asking whether the client would recommend you. After the video, invite the client to also post a public Google or Zillow review, with their own words ready to copy.
Pricing
Paid plans start at $29 per month with a 14-day free trial. There is also a free plan. See the pricing page for every plan.

Frequently asked questions
What is video testimonial software?
Video testimonial software helps a business collect, edit and publish customer testimonials on video. You send customers a link, they record a short answer on their phone or computer, and the software turns those clips into a finished video you can put on your website, in emails and on social media.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers open a link and record in their phone or computer browser. There is nothing to install and no account to create.
Can customers write their testimonial instead of recording video?
Yes. Recording is the main path, but every request also has a quiet "prefer to write instead?" option, so nobody is forced onto camera. If the camera or microphone is blocked, customers are offered writing automatically.
How much does Videmonial cost?
Paid plans start at $29 per month (Starter), then $59 (Professional), $149 (Business), $299 (Team) and $699 (Enterprise). Paid plans include a 14-day free trial, and there is also a free plan with no time limit.
Does Videmonial work for real estate agents?
Yes. Agents can tie each testimonial request to a real transaction by syncing listings from their MLS through Bridge Interactive, send a personalized request after closing, and use the buyer's- or listing-agent question sets that ask about the experience and whether the client would recommend the agent.
How does a customer leave a Google or Zillow review afterward?
When you send a request you can choose to also invite the customer to post a public review. After they finish recording, they see their own words ready to copy and are taken to your Google review page (or Zillow, Facebook or another site you add) after a short countdown. Videmonial counts how many people click through. You add your review links, including a Google Place ID, in Settings.
How do I put testimonials on my website?
Each published testimonial can be added to an embeddable widget, using one of 11 layouts such as carousels, grids and walls, placed on your site with a single line of code.
